How Members Can Change Status with the New Caesars Rewards Credit Card

Caesars has a new credit card that will allow players easier access to win higher status with its very popular rewards program. New Caesars Rewards credit card offers a variety of ways to earn tier credits and increased benefits for the casino loyalty program.

Caesars Rewards claims to have over 65 million members. The new credit card can help new members access new benefits into the program faster than simply using a rewards card at casinos.

For the first time, new and existing Caesars Rewards members can earn Reward Credits and Tier Credits using the Caesars Rewards credit card.

“Caesars Rewards is the largest loyalty program in the industry, and we continue to challenge ourselves to find new ways to reward our members and help them get the best deals and rewards in the industry,” said Josh JonesChief Marketing Officer of Caesars Entertainment.

Jones went on to say,

“(O) our Caesars Rewards members now have even more opportunities to unlock the experiences and services that only Caesars Rewards can provide.”

The new Caesars Rewards credit card works with the Loyalty program. Caesars Rewards members were able to earn reward credits to use on play at the casino, to eat, traveland entertainment at more than 50 Caesars properties nationwide.

Sports bettors and online casino players have also been able to earn rewards such as free games and sports betting using the Caesars Sportsbook and Casino Caesars application.

The newly expanded program will also allow customers to earn Tier Credits. These are the credits that accumulate so customers can earn higher status levels and greater benefits with Caesars Rewards.

All new and current Caesars Rewards Visa cardholders will automatically be eligible to earn reward credits and tier credits under the new program.

How the Caesars Rewards Credit Card Works

It may seem obvious, but Caesars Rewards members will need to Register for the credit card. The first advantage of the new credit card program is similar to the previous version.

The first purchase made with the Caesars Rewards Credit Card outside of a Caesars location will give the customer a Platinum status upgrade and 2,500 level credits. The main benefit of the Platinum level is free parking. That’s a value of up to $18 a day at Caesars Palace.

If a customer spends $1,000 outside of Caesars locations within the first 90 days of owning a Caesars Rewards credit card, they will receive 10,000 reward credits and 2,500 level credits.

Lately, 5,000 level credits will be earned with an annual spend of $5,000 or more outside of a Caesars property.

Members can earn more Caesars Rewards credits when they spend at a Caesars location.

The new credit allows members to earn five times reward credits for every dollar spent at a Caesars location in the United States.

Additionally, members can earn reward credits twice for every dollar spent on dining, travel and entertainment outside of Caesars Entertainment.

Caesars Rewards Tiers

Caesars Rewards is not only the largest casino rewards program, but it has more tiers than most. Each level of Caesars Rewards offers more benefits than lower levels.

Here is the number of tier credits a Caesars Rewards customer will need to access the different levels of the program.

  • Gold: All
  • Platinum: 5,000 level credits
  • diamond: 15,000 level credits
  • Diamond More: 25,000 level credits
  • The Diamond Elite: 75,000 level credits
  • seven stars: 150,000 level credits

The Caesars Rewards Diamond level is a benchmark level for many customers. Diamond is the level where hotel guests do not pay resort fees when staying at a Caesars hotel.

Resort fees vary by property, but can offer savings of up to $45 per night during a stay at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. A simple math shows that’s a savings of up to $90 plus tax on a hotel room for a weekend in Las Vegas.

Diamond level members also receive a $100 Celebration Dinner to use in the property of their choice.

Caesars Rewards really wants Diamond Elite members to visit Las Vegas. In addition to the usual Diamond benefits, members of this level receive a $600 airfare credit for flights to Las Vegas.
